Refund policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it in an unworn condition as it was received within 30 days of purchase (with all packaging including the shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.
How to make a return
To make a return, please contact us at customerservices@siouxshoes.co.uk explaining the reason for the return:

b) Too large
c) Changed mind
d) Not as described
e) Received the wrong item
f) Damaged or defective
g) Other - please explain

We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit.
Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge. It may take up to 10 business days for refunds to show on your original payment method.
